If you experience that you are getting disoriented in the middle of an answer, try to focus, have a rest gathering your thoughts together and further on have a good rest before the exam, for this is a sign of fatigue.
What matters is the quality; certainly speed is of less importance. What is more important is that you depict coherence, focus, and attention and leave room for improvisation.
Be clear that the cause of your failure would be you and it is again you who would be affected with it the most! So act wisely and do the very best in your exam.
