All india engineering entrance examination or AIEEE is conducted for admission into various engineering and architechture courses across in various colleges across the nation. This year around AIEEE examination will be conducted in the month of April.

Following the directives of the Department of Secondary & Higher Education – Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Eighth All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) on April 26, 2009.

AIEEE is conducted by CBSE for admission to degree-level courses in Engineering and Architecture in the National Institute of Technologies (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technologies (IIITs), Centrally Funded Institutes, Deemed Universities and Institutions in States /UTs other than those covered by the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).

Date of Examination: April 26, 2009

Paper – I
Course: B.E. / B.Tech.
Subject: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
Timing & Duration: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm (3 Hours)

Paper – II
Course: B.Arch. / B.Planning.
Subject: Mathematics – Part – I, Aptitude Test – Part -II, Drawing Test – Part – III
Timing & Duration: 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm (3 Hours)
