BA Psychology (H) offered in just eight colleges of Delhi University (DU), BA (Hons) in psychology is offered in some of the most popular colleges such as Lady Shri Ram and Jesus and Mary College (JMC). And girls have a better prospect of studying this subject, as seven of the eight colleges LSR, JMC, IP, Kamla Nehru, Daulat Ram, Mata Sundari and Keshav Mahavidyalaya offering this programme are for women. Zakir Hussain is the only co-ed college offering the course.

Then there are five other colleges, including Gargi, Vivekananda, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Aurobindo (evening) and Bhim Rao Ambedkar which are offering BA (Hons) in applied psychology.
Eligibility: Psychology is open to students from all streams, although some colleges give preference to those from humanities or science backgrounds, and some extra weightage for having studied psychology.
