The State Council Of Educational Research And Training, Delhi is an autonomous body of the Government of NCT of Delhi established in 1988.

The two year Diploma for the Elementary Teacher Education (ETE) presently being offered in the nine District Institutes Of Education And Training (DIETs) and ten recognized private institutes of Delhi.
