As we all know very well that today’s fast changing scenario affect the mentality of our young generation. Now a day our youth become more focused, ambitious, and more assertive. Our young generation wants to achieve the world of “SUCCESS”, and also trying their level best to reach that world. Today’s youth are more keen to develop their careers and earn a lot of money. All the boys and girls are much more career conscious and they know that their career is an important part of their life. They would like to hang out in beer bars and college cafeterias with their friends and their classmates but when the matter of education and career comes then they become serious because they know the value of earning person and they want to become financially self dependent.

We know better that everyone wants to feel the position of power and money and for achieving these two things in life the person need to do hard work and build a career for himself. Our current youth generation very well understood the reality of life. In the total number of young generation there are some youth who just want to enjoy their life in canteen and pub culture. They don’t want to make their professional career. It is also true that there are large numbers of young generation who get everything through their parents well in short I must say that they get all the luxurious facilities and environment by birth. So, they don’t know the value of money and also not able to understand that how a common man earns money through his/her effort. There are very less number of career minded boys and girls. Those boys and girls who want to achieve something in their career or in their life can earn skills and done lots of hard work to become a good professional in their life. It is also true that if the youth only enjoy and don not prepare them for the hard realities of their life then he or she has to suffer in future and their families will suffer too.
