Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has clarified that no difference between online entrance exam and offline entrance exam both the online and offline exam will have same difficulty level. The offline exam will be conducted just once on April 29, the online version will be held multiple times over four days in May. CBSE has clarified, “multiple sets of questions papers have been prepared for AIEEE-2012.
The circular issued by the director (special exams) mentioned “in every set, each subject carries the same percentage of easy, medium and difficult questions. This ensures the same difficulty level of each set.” Nagpur city is a totally online centre with exams scheduled to be held on May 7, 12, 19 and 26. Keeping in view last year’s AIEEE paper leak that caused a major embarrassment to CBSE, this year the authorities are tight-lipped on preparations. Amravati is the nearest offline exam centre from the city.
